I was getting medicine for my daughter, and the doctor changed the medicine to an alternative without informing me. When I contacted him and told him that he shouldn’t do that without letting me know, he responded angrily, and the manner was completely unacceptable.

The service was terrible. If there were a rating lower than one star, I would have chosen it. Extremely slow and full of false promises. I had a scheduled injection appointment, and they kept stalling, saying they were coming, not coming, present, not present. Finally, they told me the man arrived, but there was no security, so he left.

This is despite the fact that I had dealt with them before, and my request was only for an injection. The man arrived and, in less than a second, demanded 40 Egyptian pounds. Out of sheer stupidity, I gave him 50 pounds just to be generous. When I compared this service to other pharmacies, they only charged me 5 pounds. Honestly, it’s very disappointing for a pharmacist to behave like this. They either cheat you and take more than their due, or they stall and delay your medication.
