This is an excellent agency in the field of tourism, flight bookings, and visa processing. I would especially like to mention Ms. Patricia, the agency manager, who is the epitome of sophistication, courtesy, and skill in dealing with and overcoming obstacles.

A terrible experience. I just got back from a trip to Marsa Matrouh. The company has no credibility; what they say is one thing, but when you go there, it’s something else entirely. You call them, but they don’t answer, and you’re stuck. They tell you the food is an open buffet, but it’s a restaurant where they feed you whatever they want. There are no choices, and the food is awful. They take you back from the beach at 3 PM. I paid 5000 EGP for two people for four days, and I paid for all my food and transportation to stay a little longer at the beach.

I would not recommend this company for a summer vacation. My experience is very bad with them for lack of credibility and honesty.
