Al Wadi Restaurant for Bedouin Cuisine and Grills

I have ordered one kilo of mix grills which supposed to come with Tarb as it says in the menu and was not fresh at all,However the meat came cold and no Tarb at all , also ordered mandi and was cold ,the bread came later after they have put the food on the table ,also the soup that came with the mandi was not nice and seems to be stayed overnight. We did not enjoy the food and they want to charge us 945 LE which was not great at all. I spoke to the guys and I explained to them that we were not satisfied at all , eventually I paid 750 LE but still feel not worth it.
Also to be fair , one of the guys hetook the money from me was a polite guy and respected, hope the service will become better otherwise is not good for the business. Customer service is more important than the business.
