Generally it was not the best experience , Sales team were not helpful at all after we signed the contract
2 Stars for , competitive prices, Elegant designs.
They did not make 5 stars , for
1- failed to deliver on the agreed date, they failed to execute one of the sofas as agreed and it took 2 months to fix it.
2- they have poor customer service , I had to reach the owner in order to fix an issue happened during delivery.
3- they do not deliver to your apartment upstairs , you have to arrange another team to deliver the furniture to your apartment upstairs. they do not deliver in the morning, which was not convenient for me at all.
