Your response conveniently ignores my main complaint: your employee, Bassant, aggressively bumped into my desk, twice as she was supposedly trying to make her way to the balcony. You praise her professionalism, but your own staff member, Ahmed, confirmed to me that everyone usually “let go of things that Bassant do” because her behavior is a known problem.
This proves you are knowingly covering up for a toxic employee. Your claim of “standing fully behind her” means you publicly endorse harassment. Instead of taking responsibility for your hostile environment and operational failures, you blame the customer. Your entire statement is a dishonest defense of a known liability.
