My experience with this medical center was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.
My doctor prescribed injections that required an allergy test before each dose. On the first day, I had to wait even though the center was almost empty. After the allergy test and waiting for the result, I was charged EGP 50. The next day, I was unexpectedly charged EGP 60. When I asked why, I was told that the previous day’s price was a “mistake” and that the correct price was higher. On the third day, they asked for EGP 70. When I questioned the increase again, I was told that any pricing difference would be deducted from the employee’s salary, which I did not find convincing.
There was no clear or consistent pricing, and the fee seemed to change every single day without a reasonable explanation.
The nursing care was also concerning. A different nurse performed the allergy test each day, using a different method every time. Whenever I asked, I was simply told, “This is the correct way.” Most concerning of all, on the third day the nurse was about to administer the injection without performing the required allergy test. She only realized it after I reminded her, even though it was clearly written on the prescription. In my opinion, this was a serious safety issue that could have put a patient at risk if they had an allergic reaction.
Based on my personal experience, I chose to complete the rest of my treatment at another medical center with transparent pricing and better organization. Unfortunately, my experience here was poor in terms of organization, pricing consistency, and attention to patient safety, so I cannot recommend this center.
