Unfortunately, this center is not reputable and completely lacks integrity. They totally ruined my car and advised me to sell it before I incurred a loss after they repaired it. They even used a fake repair number. I advise against dealing with this center at all, and don’t be fooled by their service.

Since I bought my 2011 Fiat Evo, I’ve always had it repaired at the dealership because I believe that even if it’s expensive, the dealership takes better care of the car and avoids scammers and inexperienced mechanics. The dealership was initially in Omatra, then it went to Abu Ghali. There was a manager in charge of the maintenance department. When Abu Ghali left the dealership, there was a period in Alexandria when there was no Fiat dealership at all. During this time, I received a message that the Alexandria center had become Al-Samouel, replacing Abu Ghali, for Fiat repairs and maintenance. I went to the center, and I wish I hadn’t. They completely ruined the car due to the mechanics’ negligence and the use of oils that didn’t meet the car’s specifications. Whether it was for changing the hydraulic or general oil, and the spare parts, they were all counterfeit, even though he charged me for genuine parts as if he were an authorized dealership. Of course, using counterfeit oils and spare parts, especially in the car’s critical areas, is unacceptable. Imagine the total destruction my car suffered! I went to the dealership to get it repaired after it was completely immobilized. He disappeared, telling me to sell the car before it became unusable. And indeed, it became unusable. I couldn’t use it or even sell it because it was beyond repair. I had to tow it back to the dealership, where I discovered the truth about the center and its owner.

When I got the car repaired at the dealership in Margham, they informed me that all the oils in the car were counterfeit, as were the spare parts in the critical areas that should be genuine. Genuine parts are meant to protect important car components; non-genuine ones contributed to the car’s mechanical damage.

This is my unfortunate experience with the Alexandria company.
