The Western service inside the bank is the worst. I went once to receive a transfer in foreign currency. The employee, named Ahmed, offered to give me the rest of my money in Egyptian pounds, and when I insisted on receiving my transfer in full, he told me that the system was down and there was a problem with my transfer, and I would not be able to receive it. This was after waiting for 3 hours inside the bank.

A distinguished bank, though its service is slow, offers excellent services such as withdrawing and transferring money via Western Union and the ability to directly contact customer service staff if you have no balance on your phone or don’t know the bank’s number, through a phone line located in the ATM room at branches.
