This center is disrespectful, and the people handling reservations are disrespectful, lack basic courtesy, and manipulate appointment times.

This is the height of absurdity and chaos. I booked an appointment with Dr. Heba Kassab through Vezeeta a week ago and was waiting for my appointment today when I received a message saying my booking was canceled without any explanation or even a chance to book for another day. I checked Vezeeta again to discover that the next available appointment is on Thursday, June 18th. I decided to call the clinic and ask them, and they told me that the doctor had decided to fill the number of appointments at the clinic and that anyone who booked through the app couldn’t get an appointment. They said the next available appointment is on the 22nd, meaning if I had booked for the 18th as shown on the app and waited another week, I would have been in the same situation. This is ridiculous, disorganized, and disrespectful to the patient. If you don’t want anyone booking through the app and you’re messing up the appointments and your appointments are fake, why are you even on it?
It’s infuriating.
