Alexandria is my city and the city of my ancestors, and I’m always proud to be from Alexandria…
But it’s a real shame that we have so many errors on Google Maps, from incorrect house numbers and locations to postal codes, etc.
I could have reported this to Google and suggested a solution, but it wouldn’t be a solution because it would reflect poorly on me, as it’s my city. I hope the relevant authorities will look into these matters and pay attention to them because they will affect many things in the future.
Furthermore, our page, website, and links are almost outdated and not updated in light of the technological boom we’re experiencing.

A modern building for the Alexandria Governorate headquarters, but it does not rise in terms of form and engineering to the old building on Fouad Street, which was burned and demolished after the 2011 revolution.

Alexandria Governor Mohamed Abdel Zaher announced the opening of the new governorate headquarters building in the Smouha district, following the Eid al-Fitr holiday in 2016, and the relocation of all governorate employees to the new building.
The governor emphasized that no department should remain outside the new headquarters in order to modernize work systems, improve employee discipline, and provide better services to citizens.

I wanted to contact His Excellency the Governor of Alexandria to congratulate him on Eid al-Fitr. Secondly, I wanted to report a problem with the tram service in Raml today, Sunday. The tram was stopped for half an hour or more from Sidi Gaber El Sheikh. There was no one in charge of this institution to contact regarding this issue, and you know how it is with the daily holidays. Thank you, and peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you. May you be well every year on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. May God bring it back to you and the Islamic nation with goodness and blessings. Long live Egypt, and long live Sisi (the leader). I also wanted to inform His Excellency about the stray dogs in the Mustafa Kamel area of the Armed Forces. There are many stray dogs that frighten our children whenever they go anywhere. I request assistance in getting rid of these stray dogs. Thank you very much for your consideration and respect.
