My experience at Alexandria Institute For Music & Arts at Piano Class was very disappointing. The management is disorganized, appointments are not respected, and it feels like they only care about taking your money. Even when I arrived on time, I was left waiting 20 to 30 minutes past my scheduled lesson without any explanation, which was extremely frustrating.

The customer service and the way the staff communicate with people are unprofessional and made the experience even worse. I received unclear information about my appointment, and when I asked questions, the responses were vague and unhelpful. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer, and it seemed like their main concern was collecting payment rather than providing a good service.

The only positive thing about this place is the piano teacher, who was kind, professional, and the only reason the experience wasn’t completely negative.

Unfortunately, because of the poor management, long waiting times, and bad customer service, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Nobody should go there. Management could improve by keeping appointments on schedule, giving clear updates when delays happen, and training staff to communicate more politely and consistently.
