The service was extremely poor, with no proper attention to patients, no medical care in the rooms, and the facilities, equipment, beds, and bathrooms were all very, very bad. I would not recommend this building to anyone; they don’t know anything about patient service or providing reasonable care. I wouldn’t even call it excellent.

It’s no different from government hospitals in terms of nursing negligence when it comes to administering medication to patients, and where in the ICU is this? 😠 We only discovered this by chance because the patient was conscious and unaware of what they do to inpatients. When you complain to the administration, there’s no solution; they just pass the problem on to someone else, and we get caught in a cycle of denial with no solutions. They also put us on the back burner for tests that weren’t done and supplies that weren’t suitable for our condition. It’s pure exploitation to extract money from us, even though they have a daily price list for even the smallest piece of equipment. A terrible experience.

The worst hospital anyone could possibly enter. Extraordinary negligence, rudeness in treatment, no respect for appointments, and they don’t understand anything; they just memorize a couple of phrases. Not to mention the negligence and disgust of the receptionists and the staff in patient relations who can’t even complete the simplest paperwork and are busy laughing and eating in front of patients. Truly one of the worst hospitals.
If there were a rating of zero, I would choose it.
