Very professional and decent.
When I arrived, the person in charge of film developing had just left, but they kindly called him back and he returned especially to help me.
I received my photos on time and they came out great. I also bought a film from them, and they even taught me how to load it into my camera.

The workshop was a really great experience! What I loved the most was that we got to practice shooting ourselves and received direct feedback which helped me learn and improve faster The atmosphere was fun and the instructor explained everything clearly and simply I was able to learn photography techniques quickly and with confidence💗💗

Second time sending a film to be developed and they are really the worst place, they ruined my film and didn’t even accept to refund!
I gave my film to be developed, they told me it will take up to 7 days, after 7 days I called they said it might take up to 10 days. Today is the 11th day, I called again they said it might take up to 2 or 3 more days! I asked them kindly to give me the exact day that I will receive it to plan other things accordingly they said they will call me in an hour to tell me when exactly they will send my photos, it’s been 3 hours and they didn’t call me back!
