A very bad experience today.
The security guard at the gate lacked basic courteous manners. I spent over half an hour trying to convince him to speak with a responsible person—whether medical, administrative, customer service, purchasing, or medical maintenance—regarding the nature of his official work, whether direct communication or through an intermediary within the hospital. I have never experienced such poor service.

It was an excellent hospital. Yes, it was a difficult tumor surgery, but the hospital staff made me forget I was a stranger in a foreign land.

Excellent service from the emergency department, superb care, and very respectful treatment, but the prices are high.

The worst hospital ever. The nursing staff were terribly negligent during my surgery. If the doctor hadn’t yelled at them about not emptying the catheter as it filled up because it would cause poisoning, no one would have bothered to move or help me at all unless I asked them several times. If I hadn’t complained to the doctors, they would have let us out by force because they didn’t know what to charge us for. It was all just making things up and draining us. They even forgot to give me the surgery CD, as if they were worried about something. After I requested it when I left (because I’m from another governorate), I spent over a thousand pounds to get it, only to find out it was empty. When I called and yelled at them, they told me if I was nearby, I should come and get it on a flash drive. I’m from a distant governorate, so I yelled at them again. Finally, after all the expenses and waiting, they sent it to me via WhatsApp. I could have just sent them the CD fee of 110 pounds, as they said, and they would have sent it via WhatsApp, but that didn’t happen. They insisted someone come in person. They took it and sent it to me, and even then, I still received a WhatsApp message after paying 1000 for shipping and delivery. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone. The worst place, the worst service, the worst nursing, and the worst treatment. May God hold them accountable.

My hospital is terrible and their treatment is strange.
You have surgery there and they refuse to give you the surgery CD, and when they finally agree, they give it to you blank.
