This lab is awful. The staff don’t understand anything. The employee entered the wrong sample and got a different result. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly rude, saying, “Yes, we made a mistake, but we don’t know how to contact the branch. Please enter the sample again because I have an appointment for an X-ray and a doctor’s appointment, and I need the results immediately.” They replied, “Okay, ma’am, I apologize, and we’ll enter the results right away.” After four hours of trying to contact them, there was still no solution until I went to the branch myself to try and resolve the issue. It turned out that no one had even processed the sample! Honestly, it was completely chaotic and unbecoming of a supposedly large and reputable lab.
