Waited four hours, just to get a mediocre pedicure. The owner had no shame in making my friends and I wait despite us reminding him every half hour. They kept claiming there was a “list” followed but when asked where it was it magically wasn’t available. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. There are much better salons you can find in New Cairo. Save your energy and money.

My experience at Alfred & Mina Salon was extremely disappointing. They completely ruined my hair, and the way they treated me was disrespectful from start to finish. The staff kept making insulting comments and using offensive language, then brushed it off as “just joking.” It was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable…. Honestly, this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The quality of their work did not match their reputation at all. I don’t think they deserve the popularity they’ve gained based on the service I received. I would never recommend this salon to anyone
