This company is a scam, and the representative of Bank Misr in Talaat Harb, Alaa Khaled, is lying about everything. They made me lose 7000 EGP out of 9325 EGP in the first 14 days. I went to cancel the policy due to unforeseen circumstances, and they told me I would lose 25%. When I went to the branch, they said no, it’s 25% of the investment value. They also said the insurance amount is non-refundable, even though this isn’t stated in the contract or the policy. There’s nothing written stating that the insurance amount is non-refundable or that it’s divided into two parts. Everything they said is a lie, and many people have lost money with them. I will be filing a complaint against them. This is policy number 6326219, as I don’t know how else to send it to you.
