We forgot some Over the Counter Meds at home in the USA and needed to get them in Cairo. We contacted AlMasry and they worked with us to get the meds delivered to us at our hotel ON THE SAME DAY!!!!! We were on a tour when they delivered the meds and the hotel was very difficult to work with, but the delivery person was diligent, pleasent, patient, and persistent. He ensured customer satisfaction desipte the difficulties. The customer service of AlMasry was exceptional.

I’ve had a really good experience with AlMasry Pharmacy overall. Their service feels reliable and professional, and I appreciate the high standards they maintain. I find their website and app easy to use, and the delivery and chat options make things very convenient. Most of the time products are available and the process goes smoothly. The only issues I’ve noticed are that delivery can sometimes be a bit slow, and there have been occasional mistakes with orders or small bugs in the app. Even with that, I think they’re one of the best online pharmacies in Egypt, and for urgent items I just make sure to confirm with their support team.
