This is a review from a foreigner… The worst clinic imaginable in Alexandria, I swear! They misdiagnosed my cat, and I have proof. They’re only in it for the money, and the service is abysmal. The vets are inexperienced and practically beginners. They charged me for tests, but the results were wrong and inconclusive. They diagnosed my cat with a virus, which turned out to be false. Her liver was failing, and I had her treated. The vet at the other clinic told me she definitely didn’t have a virus and that their diagnosis was wrong. They charge for injections, can you imagine? My cat was sick, and I took her there every day, and every time they gave her injections via IV, they charged 35 Egyptian pounds for 1 ml of antibiotics! I swear, I will never forgive them for taking money for nothing, their terrible service, their lack of follow-up, and not even checking in on me. The main thing is that you paid? Exploitation, poor quality, lack of after-sales service, and a complete lack of conscience. May God punish them.
