Alpha Spa – Massage Center Egypt

The first time I went, their service was excellent, especially Captain Samar and the respectful receptionist. The second time, I found a different receptionist and asked for Samar, but they said she wasn’t there and they’d give me a replacement. The replacement didn’t know how to give a massage at all, and I didn’t want to embarrass her by changing her, but my massage took an hour, and she only did it in 45 minutes. I went to the receptionist, and both of them were there. I told them I had taken an hour, but they insisted I finished on time, even though she started at 9:15 and finished at exactly 10:00. The security cameras show when I arrived and when she left the room. In short, their second service was very bad, and it’s all down to the new receptionist and the captain. So, don’t deal with them unless they change them.
