I booked a skin cleaning and hair cut. The girls who work are good and smart, but the place is very, very crowded and they receive more reservations than they can accommodate.
I stayed from 12pm to 5 pm to clean my skin, and I canceled my haircut appointment due to the excessive crowd of people and the owner of the salon wasn’t nice at all.
There wasn’t air conditioners and enough seats for the customers

Well , i was terrified from the bad reviews.. there was ALOT of them .. yes you need to go early there’s no reservations but if u went whenever your turn is guaranteed in each service .. and yes the baths are shared .. we go in groups but you can also add money and book the private session it’s available .. the staff is very friendly.. they serve you and they do whatever you’d like .. they are really nice people and my best-friend was with me she’s a foreigner.. even if most of them doesn’t speak english they communicated with her very nicely and she definitely enjoyed her time and they treated her soo good .. also there’s smoking area if you’re a smoker … overall review i would definitely come back again . The one thing i would change is maybe they should make a limit per day for people it would be less crowded ..

The worst experience ever, yes it is a good offer but there is Zero privacy, no lockers , no organisation whatsoever as they don’t give appointments, its first come first serve!!
Me and my sister arrived at 1 pm and we left at 11 pm!!!
There is not enough staff or space to move things faster as a result of the pressure cause everyone was late, the owner started to shout and yell at the clients!!!!
But I’m so angry cause find out that my sister had to do her Bikini sweet with another client in the SAME room with no privacy and the woman told her no one will look at you we are all women and we can’t give the room to one client only as it will slow us down and we wanna go home, so to have some privacy my sister had to hold the towel for herself

Eid rush was unorganized, understaffed, and loads of كروتة everywhere.
I didn’t get the experience I was expecting as a bride with a group of friends.
My foot got hurt by the pedicure girl which still hurts and was showing on my wedding day.
Not gonna give you the pampering experience you want…

I went for the bridal package, which is one of the biggest packages they have.
The steam and Moroccan bath were okay. However, for the body masks they’re extremely cheap and useless i believe.
Some girl gave me a shampoo to wash my hair and it literally burned my hair i had to wash it when i got home.
Do not even think about doing any facials as they use cheap materials and the girl is not a professional at all. My face was burning and she told me that’s normal it should burn! My face was bruised and i was extremely uncomfortable and in pain when she was removing black and white heads as she pushed really hard on an active acne and it kept bleeding. I had to ask her to stop twice.
She didn’t even use a cleanser on my face or clean my face before applying any mask and she told me to get up and go wash my face from the mask at the bathroom.
For the manicure and pedicure, the girl gave me a cotton ball with acetone and asked ME to remove my previous nail polish and didn’t apply a base coat nor a top coat, only 2 layers of nail polish and i was done.
I met Amani the owner i guess, she’s a nice person and offered another facial for free but that would be useless as the first one already ruined my face and i wouldn’t want to repeat such experience.
