The worst service ever wallahi.. if you dare to order something they deliver it whenever they feel like doing it.. it took them more than 6 hrs and few calls to deliver it! They usually deliver the wrong food as well if you don’t make sure sure couple of times they got it right!

Lately, the service has been extremely poor, with inappropriate customer service and no response to requests or messages. For example, I placed an order and received an error of 500 EGP extra. I contacted them and returned the order because it was unfair to take something that wasn’t mine. I hope they improve their customer service.

I ordered something and he brought me an incomplete order even though I charged him for the missing item because it was listed on the invoice. He kept stalling me for three days to deliver it until I had to go to him myself to get it. I got it myself, but God knows, maybe someone else was robbed and he doesn’t know!

Unfortunately, some people sell animals and keep cats and dogs in cages on the street, exposing them to insects, diseases, the cold of winter, and the heat of summer. Many animal lovers, myself included, boycott shops that display animals in this way and instead deal with pet supply stores that don’t put animals in danger. The internet is full of people offering animals from their homes for free.
