اشتريت ركنه حرف L وللاسف بمنتهى السوء من ناحيه الجوده. وحاولت التواصل مع المركز ووعدونى بالمعاينه واخلفو وعدهم ولا يردو ثم طلبو حوالى ٣٤٠٠ ج ثمن نقل الركنه فقط لاصلاحها. دون اى اعتبار للاثر على العميل ولم ارى الا ردود مزيفه. دون احترام حقيقى للعميل.
لا انصح التعامل اطلاقا مع هذه الشركه.
والان ابحث عن وسيله لرفع شكوى رسميه بكامل الشركه.

This is the worst place you could ever deal with in terms of after-sales service. The staff are incredibly rude, to the point of being infuriating. I gave them the living room furniture for repairs, and they insisted on receiving full payment before even removing it. As a result, we haven’t received it for over a month and we don’t know when we’ll get it. To make matters worse, they keep putting us on hold. Most likely, they won’t do anything unless I go there and make a scene. Unfortunately, they don’t even care about their reputation.
