I am writing this review to strongly advise against enrolling in any courses with this service. My experience was profoundly disappointing and frustrating on every level.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst English course I have ever taken. The problems began with a complete lack of preparation and professionalism. There was no clear structure, syllabus, or sense of organization from the start.

The instructor was unprofessional, provided poor explanations, and failed to deliver the material in a coherent or understandable way. I struggled to learn anything new and felt my time was completely wasted.

The most critical issue was the complete lack of support. When I faced a problem and reached out for help, there was zero effective communication or willingness to resolve the issue. I was left entirely on my own.

In summary: no professionalism, no methodology, no organization, no clear explanation, no learning value, and no customer support.

I have gained absolutely nothing from this course except regret. I do not recommend anyone to study with them. Save your time, money, and effort for a reputable educational provider.
