“It’s very rare to find a company that cares about the customer like this. My car battery suddenly died, and from the first call, I received an outstandingly fast response. The battery was replaced immediately. They didn’t hesitate for a moment and sent a replacement battery from Bosch at no extra cost. The customer service was fantastic, they were trustworthy, and they were meticulous in every detail. Thank you so much to the KM team for the wonderful experience, and I confidently recommend dealing with you.”
