Small and quiet hotel, very clean and has a nice view of the pyramids from the room and also from the top floor on the terrace.
There is no clear sign for the hotel outside, but the host Mostafa came to welcome us and show us the way. The entrance for the hotel is through a garage of an old-looking building. My first impression was not so good as the stairway is not well-kept at all. However when i got to top floor, i was very surprised with how clean and modern this small hotel is. My room had a partial view of the pyramids. The terrace on the top floor is also really nice. I cannot comment on the breakfast as my reservation was not with breakfast. I recommend that you book through airbnb as the price is half than that shown on booking . Com. Reception open 24hrs and the host mostafa was very helpful. Thank you! I will definitely be back soon!

Please Be Careful When Booking
I am sharing this review to help other travelers make informed decisions and to encourage caution when booking through online platforms.
We originally booked and paid for a room with a balcony with Amon Pyramids View Hotel. However, upon arrival, the hotel manager informed us that there was a “plumbing issue” with our booked hotel room and promised us to transfer the next day to the room we originally booked, and he transferred us that night to a supposed partner hotel. We were not given prior notice about this change. The alternative hotel was clearly of lower quality than what we had booked.
The room we were given was not properly cleaned. The bed was dusty, and there were no blankets or towels provided. There was also no bottled water available. When we requested towels from the receptionist, our request was not accommodated.
The situation became even more concerning the following morning when we discovered that our reservation on Booking.com had been marked as cancelled, despite the fact that payment had already been made. When we contacted the hotel manager for clarification and sent screenshots as proof, we did not receive a prompt response. The reply only came late in the afternoon and did not sufficiently address our concerns.
Due to the poor room conditions, including a window that would not close properly (causing significant noise), as well as the lack of blankets which left us cold and uncomfortable, we were unable to sleep. We ultimately decided to leave and find another hotel.
We understand that unforeseen issues can happen, but proper communication, transparency, and basic hospitality standards are essential. We strongly advise future guests to double-check their reservations, confirm details directly with the property before arrival, and carefully monitor their booking status.
We hope this feedback encourages better service and prevents similar experiences for other travelers.

At first, I was a little skeptical (seeing as there were no reviews on google maps. wWe arrived Saturday night late, the hotel is on the last floor of a rundown building with no sign indicating that it’s a hotel. But first impressions can be wrong. The room was clean and comfortable (with nice balcony + pyramid view from rooftop), the breakfast very traditional and tasty, and the staff kind and friendly. They offered if needed a airport transfer that I recommend as getting ubers/taxis end up being a hassle. Thank you to Mostafa and staff.
