A very bad experience at Andalus Hospital. Unfortunately, the problem wasn’t just the waiting time, but the way I was treated.

I waited for about an hour, following my turn, and then someone was seen before me. When I objected and asked why, the response was simply, “These are the rules.”

Instead of explaining the situation or treating me respectfully, I was surprised by the raised voices and inappropriate behavior of the director, as well as Dr. Rasha El-Shahawy and the nurse.

Sadly, some staff members need to learn self-control and the basics of treating people, especially patients, with respect. The situation upset me so much that I canceled my appointment and left the hospital. I do not recommend this place.

Update: My number and all the required details have been sent via WhatsApp. I am waiting for the administration to contact me and for the outcome of my complaint.

تجربة سيئة جدًا. زوجتي كانت مريضة ورجلها متورمة، وانتظرت حوالي ساعة كاملة، وبعد ذلك تم إدخال شخص آخر قبلها.

وعندما اعترضنا، بدلًا من توضيح الموقف باحترام، فوجئنا برفع الصوت وأسلوب غير لائق من المدير والدكتورة رشا الشهاوي والممرضة.

من غير المقبول التعامل بهذه الطريقة مع مريضة متعبة بعد انتظار ساعة. للأسف تجربة مخيبة جدًا ولا ننصح بهذا المستشفى.
