Coming here was a wonderful relaxing experience outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Cairo. The food is delicious and the service is great. We tried their fateer and it was worth the trip. Just make sure you call in advance and reserve your fateer. We also liked their fava beans + pastrami with eggs but the falafel was just OK.
The views are great and we saw many families enjoying the property with their children. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cairo.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Andrea Restaurant, and the experience was truly magnificent and highly memorable. This is a place that sets itself apart in every way.
A Feast of Flavor
The food here is simply outstanding. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious:
Salads (السلطات): Beautifully prepared and fresh.
Mombar (الممبار): Absolutely fantastic! I had never seen Mombar of this quality and impressive size before. A must-try!
Grape Leaves (ورق العنب): Flavorful and perfectly rolled.
Liver (الكبدة): Distinctive and beautifully executed.
Grilled Chicken (الفراخ المشوية): Arguably the best grilled chicken I have ever tasted. It was perfectly seasoned, cooked just right (مظبوطة), and had a uniquely wonderful flavor.
Quail (السمان): This was truly the star of the show—a masterpiece in its own league! (حكاية في حتة تانية).
Fresh Bread (العيش الطازة): The fresh, piping hot bread was an amazing accompaniment.
Wings (الجوانح): Even the fried wings were surprisingly delicious!
Tea (الشاي): Even the simple tea had a distinctive and enjoyable flavor.

My friend took me to Andrea saying they serve great chicken dishes and I was not disappointed. We ordered 1/2 chicken along with the green salad, baba ghanoush, and vine leaves. The salad was super fresh, and the chicken was deliciously marinated with zataar. The fries served with the chicken was really good, too. We were seating inside the restaurant but they have a beautiful garden surrounded by various trees and plants. Overall, it was a simple but very nice lunch.
