Dr. Ahmed Zaghloul is very skilled and professional but unfortunately- and after trying a few locations – time management in the clinic is probably the worst I’ve ever seen with the longest waiting hours and no consideration to people’s time – wether someone has a pre-booked appointment or shows up with no booking. There’s no predication or estimation as to how long someone can remain the waiting area leading to wasted evening just to get into a review with the doctor. Even if the style of treatments offered contributes to the unpredictable time management, the staff at the reception are not skilled to manage the frustration of all those in waiting space and to professionally handle expectations and the waiting list. I had to pay double my check up fee last time I visited for an expedited entry to avoid waiting up to 5 hours – and ended up waiting 2.5 hours instead. Overall, great treatment for my case but such a hassle just to get into a room with the Doctor.

The facility looked good at first, but then they burned me very badly all over my arms because they didnt adjust the laser accordingly to my skin tone.
UPDATE:
Its been over 2 months and I have burn scars all over my arms that the doctor said might never go away. DONT GO HERE! ITS HORRIBLE! THE LASER EFFECTS DIDNT EVEN STAY FOR 2 WEEKS.
