I honestly cannot thank this clinic enough for the love, care, and dedication they show every single time we walk through their doors.
From the doctors to the assistants to everyone working there, every single person is hands-on, attentive, and genuinely cares about the animals they treat. You can feel immediately that this isn’t just a job for them, they truly love what they do.
They have taken such incredible care of my dog, and as a pet owner, that means the world to me. They treat him with patience, kindness, and professionalism, and they always take the time to make sure he is comfortable and safe. Watching how gentle and attentive they are with him gives me so much peace of mind.
I also have to say something that sadly isn’t common everywhere: this clinic is unbelievably clean and well organized. In my opinion, it is the cleanest veterinary clinic in Alexandria. The level of hygiene, professionalism, and care they maintain is truly impressive.

I can’t say enough good things about Planet Animal Clinic. The atmosphere is not only warm and welcoming, but the entire staff is incredibly professional and helpful. Dr. Nada in particular was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain every procedure thoroughly and was so patient in answering all of my questions. I felt completely at ease. The receptionist Ghada also made the whole billing process transparent and pressure-free, which was a breath of fresh air. Plus, the facility is spotless and really well-maintained. I totally recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets.
