The place is very nice and clean, the rooms are organized and relaxing, the service is good, the staff is very good and knowledgeable, the breakfast is very, very good, and the view of the pyramids is amazing 💗

Terrible hotel and quality of service. I highly do not recommend this hotel for accommodation. The staff are rude and uneducated people. They come into the room without knocking, make noise and insult you in your presence in Arabic. The rooms stink of a toilet. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
