Horrible experience, avoid at all cost!

We waited for 1 hour in a cafe to be met by an elderly caretaker who does not know a single english word. We have set proper expectations about the time of our arrival 2 hours before we arrived and the guy we were communicating via whatsapp acknowledged via a call. Despite this, we still had to wait as our entire day meant to tour Alexandria goes to waste. Upon meeting the caretaker, he took us to a very small lift up to the dirty and grimey apartment. The caretaker obviously was not given proper instructions cause he was asking us questions in arabic. We tried google translate but it was just hopeless. When we tried to call the owner for translation, he did not answer. After being fed up with all the hassle and frustrating check in experience for 2 hrs, we decided to leave. Do not book this hotel if you do not want to waste your time and patience.
