Excellent technical center with highly skilled technicians. They were able to identify and diagnose uncommon motherboard issues that other technicians might easily overlook, demonstrating a high level of expertise and attention to detail. The staff were respectful, transparent, and genuinely focused on solving the problem rather than rushing through the job. Traveled from Cairo specifically to have my liquid metal-cooled laptop upgraded with PTM7950 on both the CPU and GPU, and a fresh application of thermal putty, specifically Fehonda LTP 65 liquid thermal pad.
I recognized the high risk involved, and Engineer Belal thoroughly informed me of all the potential consequences during and after the replacement. Despite the risks, I insisted on proceeding because I had immense trust in these professionals, based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback they receive, Masha’Allah.
Right from the beginning, before the disassembly, Engineer Belal started investigating and checking the laptop’s thermals. From that moment, I knew I was in the right place.
Engineer Belal executed the work perfectly. I can honestly say I have never seen any technician work with his level of patience and care. He treated the laptop as if it were his own throughout the entire process.
He was not concerned with time and took every minute necessary to ensure everything was done perfectly, as it should be.
Even though the process required significant time and effort, he never appeared rushed or bored at any step. He also performed a deep clean of the cooling system and the entire laptop.
Regarding the results, I was genuinely surprised by the difference in temperatures!
Before: My CPU ran at 70° while idle and hit 96° when gaming, and this was with the CPU turbo boost turned off.
After the replacement: My CPU now runs at a cool 45° while idle and never exceeds 90° when playing demanding games, and this is with the CPU turbo boost turned on! Masha’Allah.
I also took considerable time to thoroughly test the laptop after the replacement to ensure the stability and accuracy of these amazing results before writing this review.
The final results are absolutely worth the effort and time traveling.
My overall feedback can’t be adequately described in a few words; I definitely and highly recommend this place.
