My experience at Acqua Heneish was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was met with an atmosphere of elegance, comfort, and refined taste—but what truly elevated the entire visit was the remarkable staff.
Every member of the team demonstrated a level of professionalism and warmth that is rarely seen. They were not only attentive but genuinely caring, anticipating needs before they were even expressed. Their attention to detail was impeccable—whether it was remembering small preferences, offering thoughtful recommendations, or ensuring every aspect of the experience was flawless.
What stood out the most was their authentic hospitality. There was nothing forced or mechanical about their service; it was sincere, gracious, and delivered with natural charm. The staff created an environment where guests feel valued, welcomed, and completely at ease.
Their teamwork was equally impressive—seamless coordination, perfect timing, and a shared commitment to excellence. It was evident that each individual takes pride in their role, contributing to a collective standard that goes far beyond expectations.
Acqua Heneish is undoubtedly a beautiful and well-crafted destination, but it is the people behind it who make it truly unforgettable. The staff transform a simple visit into a memorable experience, one defined by care, elegance, and exceptional service.
I cannot recommend it highly enough—it sets a benchmark for hospitality that many aspire to, but few achieve.

Aqua heneish is a small boutique hotel with the most beautiful beach with white sand and a beautiful azure sea. If you are looking for entertainment and evening program, this is not the choice for you. If you are a fan of relaxation and peace with beautiful views, then this is the first choice in the Marsa Matrouh area. I appreciate the staff the most. Great waiters in the restaurant and two gentlemen in the beach bar. Everyone always has a smile on their face. We had three great massages from the lovely masseuse Nour. She was amazing and very professional. We also appreciate Mohamed, who is not so visible, but does a great beach service and does not stop smiling all day. Thank you also for the helpful service at the reception. Last but not least, I want to thank the restaurant staff, who prepared a romantic breakfast on the beach for my wife’s birthday and it was a beautiful experience. We are here for the second time and we believe it will not be the last. Thank you!

It was a fantastic stay. I spent four nights with my family and it was an incredible experience.
The resort has a stunning, sandy beach that provided ample privacy, as it was blissfully uncrowded. The staff were exceptionally nice and hospitable, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the well-equipped game room and gym, perfect for some fun and fitness.
The only aspect that could be improved is the addition of more activities with the animation team, which would enhance the overall experience even further.
Special thanks to the manager Mr. Mohamed for his exceptional support and dedication to ensuring everything was flawless and the General Chef Mr. Ahmed for his warmth, hospitality and super delicious food. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and memorable vacation!
