Premium program and the service sucks

Took me 3 hours waiting to get a simple transaction done. Would not recommend at all unless you have time to waste doing nothing.

Beware of this notorious bank, they blocked my account for no valid reason and asked me to submit KYC forms, when I did what they asked they called me again and started interrogating me in very unprofessional way and I was being intimidated by their employees since two weeks with no resolution and the account is still blocked and causing me lots of issues. I’m taking legal action against them and once I’m back to the country will close all my dealings with them.
