I had a very interesting experience at Arigato Sushi. The sushi exceeded my expectations it was fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared. The sauces were especially tasty and complemented the sushi nicely.
Prices are reasonable compared to the quality and portion sizes, which makes it a good value overall.
On the downside, the restaurant space is quite tight, so there isn’t much privacy when having a conversation. Also, the restroom is located downstairs inside Simonds Sweet Shop, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, great sushi and good value, but the seating space and facilities could be improved.

I’m one of the people who always recommend @ARIGATOSUSHIGRILL Zamalek branch and it has always been my first choice for sushi.
However, my experience at the Sheikh Zayed branch was extremely disappointing, both in presentation and taste. The difference was shockingly obvious.
Important note: The two photos above are for the exact same order same items and same choices taken on two different occasions.
I was planning to order more pieces, but after being disappointed by the very average taste, I honestly didn’t even feel like continuing to eat. All I wanted to do was leave.
What made it even more upsetting is that this happened on my birthday, and I was genuinely excited about the experience.
On top of that, no one asked for my feedback or checked if everything was okay. This is something I’m used to, whether at the Zamalek branch or at restaurants in general , someone usually checks on the quality and asks if there’s any issue.
Personally, when someone asks, I’m honest and I always share my feedback if there’s a problem.
In this case, there was zero interest in knowing our opinion, so I didn’t feel like there was any space to speak up. That’s why I felt the best way to express my experience was by posting this story, especially since there didn’t seem to be any real concern for customer feedback.
What made it even more disappointing is that after I posted this story on Instagram, it was seen since yesterday, yet no one reached out to me or tried to communicate at all.
I really hope the quality across all branches is reviewed, because quality should be consistent.
The difference between the two branches simply should not exist under the same name.

One of the best sushi experiences given the prices, we ordered 32 pieces for around 1000EGP including service & tax. The sushi was very fresh and delicious, you will never find similar quality for less prices

The sushi is immaculate very tasty each the pieces are fresh and soft.
The roll isnt huge and this is something I really like i dont think that a roll should be huge. The variety is nice too. I tried noodles too it tasted well but I prefer the sushi they serve. The drinks are usually served from simonds down stairs and they are amazing especially the mojitos. Service is amazing workers are really pleasant. However, the prep time is sometimes long. The interior too is nice but the tables are really close to one another and i do really wish they relocate so it doesn’t feel that crowded. 💗
