Really shocked with reviews telling how clean the place is!!!! this just makes me super mad.. the smell and the flies were unbearable, my dog came back with fleas and allergy knowing that he was anti-insect vaccinated 3 weeks before and he only spent 2 days there!! so many things could have been done to prevent all of this, never again for sure

Our plans changed during our trip to Alex and I messaged Artaxes Kennel after closing to see if they had space for my puppy the next morning for that day. They were quick to respond and ready to see her. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff and they proudly showed me around their facility without me even having to ask to see it. They confidently told me that she would be well looked after. This place was extremely clean, from the large kennel she was in to the huge play area. There was absolutely no smell, I was impressed! This was our first time there and my pup’s 1st time at a kennel. They sent me videos throughout the day to let me know she was doing well. I told them I’d pick her up at 5pm and they had her bathed and ready to go 🤩…I wasn’t even expecting this level of service!!!!

I had an amazing experience, and the facility is the best in Egypt by far.
They communicated with me during the entire process, and the dogs came back smelling like cotton candy.

I have left my dog for 2 nights there and Im a very picky person when it comes to my dog and the place is super clean and they give him a good shower when the return it back which is included in the price. I highly recommend them if you want to leave your dog in a safe and clean place near to alexandria or sahel.
