I had a very disappointing experience here. I called ahead to check on specific wheel rims, and the staff confirmed they were available and even took my name to reserve them. However, after driving all the way from Maadi, the receptionist told me the salesman hadn’t shown up for work and there was no one available to assist me or complete the sale. It is completely unprofessional to confirm an appointment and reserve an item when there is no one on-site to handle the transaction. Total waste of time.

I have been using their services in the tyres
business for years now. And honestly the overall level of service provided by Ashrafco is extremely good.
Definitely one of the best tyres stores in all of Egypt that I totally recommend for anyone who is looking for or maybe interested in high-end products and the best quality of service as well regarding the tyres niche.
Therefore I recommend Ashrafco for anyone who’s looking for a high-end tyres shop in Egypt 🇪🇬.
