Took a corner couch from them, it’s very uncomfortable and you feel wood everywhere you sit; we had a 2 year warranty against this, and they refused to help after one month of having the couch. We called them again, they sent someone who basically said this is what you get and it’s unfixable. Regardless of how rude they were every time we called.
Highly unrecommended, worst customer service & very low quality; it’s been 6 months with this sofa, & everyone we got to fix says the quality is bad & we’ll pay nearly double it’s price to fix.
As you can see in the picture; it’s like they used the leftovers to make this sofa
Pure Light
Unfortunately, I bought a corner sofa from them and it didn’t even last me 3 months. The upholstery materials are extremely poor. 🥲
