The place lacks management and organization. The communication is completely unclear. I asked about something and made sure it was available before going; he said it was and sent me the location. When I arrived, he said it’s not available at that branch, even though I had confirmed with him on WhatsApp. He told me he will deliver it to me at night and took my location, so I waited all that night and kept following up, after many massages he said sorry can’t deliver tonight maybe the day after tomorrow if he found it in the other branch. Total confusion and lack of professionalism.
