I had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at Aura Hotel in Cairo, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and inviting throughout my entire stay. The food was excellent, with great quality, flavor, and consistency every day.
What truly made my stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Every single day, the team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel less like a guest and more like family.
A special thank you to everyone who took such good care of me, from the reception and management staff to housekeeping, the restaurant team, the chef, the baristas, the security guards at the entrance, and the concierge. Every department played a part in making my stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable.
It is rare to find a hotel where the service feels this genuine and consistent for two full weeks. Aura Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am truly grateful for the hospitality, warmth, and care I received during my stay.
I highly recommend Aura Hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and look forward to staying there again.

It has taken me two years to write this review, but I feel it is important to warn others: please be careful when staying at this hotel.
During my stay, a maid entered my room and stole money. Management later confirmed that they had camera footage showing the maid entering my room after it had already been cleaned. Because of this incident, I was forced to cut my stay short.
The situation became even more unsettling the next day. I left the hotel briefly to run an errand, but before leaving I packed all my belongings and placed my bags by the door. When I returned, management asked me, “Are you leaving early?”
This made me question how they knew my bags were packed if I had not told anyone. It raised the uncomfortable possibility that someone may have entered my room while I was away.
What a shame. I have traveled back and forth to Cairo, Egypt for over ten years. Never have I had such a frightening and disappointing experience.

I stayed a week at Aura Inn Hotel in Egypt. Upon entering my room I was very very disappointed in the quality of the decor. I noted my concern and they upgraded my room with no additional cost. The way they fixed my issue I give them a 5 star rating. If I were in Cairo again I would definitely return to Aura Inn since the location is good and the surroundings are very busy with everything you need.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, the room was not cleaned even once during my stay. Despite notifying the staff, housekeeping never came. The lack of cleanliness and follow-up from management made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards for future guests.
