This company is disrespectful and lacks credibility. Their spare parts are faulty multiple times, and when a part is returned, it doesn’t work. In the end, they neither replace it nor refund it; it’s all a scam. They blame the customer, even though the item is brand new and unused. I advise against dealing with them at all and recommend filing a complaint with consumer protection.
