I switched to other company more clear and frank

I went there to buy a VW. The buying experience was smooth at first. But when we took the car home, we discovered the electric seats were not working. We called them, and they sent a replacement car to my home, which I respected.

The new car came with almost no gas, less than 1 km range. They told us it’s fine to drive to the nearest gas station. On the way there, the car stopped completely. I spent hours in the sun trying to find a way to get fuel. Gas stations don’t legally give gas in bottles, so it was a terrible experience.

I managed to fill the car. But when I turned it on again, the engine light came on, showing a serious engine problem. Also, the dashboard lights weren’t working. This was supposed to be a brand new replacement car.

We called again, and they said to bring the car to the store, and they would replace it. When I arrived, I found the original car with the faulty seat back on display. Which means they may be trying to resell it to someone who might not notice the issue. They told me they had no more cars with the same color, and if I wanted a replacement, I had to either pay more for a higher tier model or wait for them to send it to VW for repairs. That means my brand new car would no longer be brand new.

After more than six hours of arguing, we finally agreed to take a different color car from their stock.

Going through all this and receiving two faulty cars is a big red flag. Many people may not notice these problems until it’s too late. I’m never buying from them again.
