At the Nasr City Duty Free branch inside Pepsi, they couldn’t determine the cause of the problem with my Toyota Corolla. Unfortunately, their appointments are inaccurate and they don’t respect the customer’s time. Engineer Ahmed Bahaa scheduled a visit for me but didn’t keep it, nor did he bother to apologize or answer my calls. This gave me the impression of a lack of accuracy and honesty in any dealings with them.
