After the car was serviced, the oil and filters were changed. The oil type was poor and caused malfunctions in the car, and it entered the cylinder head.

Utter incompetence!
This is my first time driving outside of the dealership, and this center is absolutely terrible.
I went a week ago, on Saturday, May 16th, for my 100,000 km service, and they told me the fuel pump was faulty and needed replacing. I replaced it with an original one and left, but ever since, the car has smelled so strongly of gasoline that I can’t even close the windows or turn on the AC. I went back again today, Saturday, May 23rd, and they checked the car and said there was nothing wrong, the car was perfect, and there were no problems, but the smell was very strong. I wasn’t convinced, so I went to a mechanic, and it turned out that the fuel tank was cracked and worn out. It’s a huge shame that an authorized center doesn’t recognize a problem like this.
It’s the height of incompetence to let a car smelling of gasoline drive like that. This could have caused a disaster, not just for me, but for any other car that might have been next to me if a catastrophe had occurred.
