Honestly, it’s a respectable place with experienced staff.

They’re the only people in general who understand French. I drove my car around half the centers in Egypt, and they solved the problem and fixed the car, to be honest.

This center is extremely bad and they don’t understand anything. You might have a problem with your car and go there multiple times, and it still won’t be fixed. The person receiving the call just looks at the car and calls the center’s owner, Engineer Ghoneim, on the phone to describe the problem and get instructions. The owner is usually not there; he only shows up at 5 PM, stays for two hours, and then leaves again. It’s quite common to go in with a brand new car battery and have it accidentally switched with another car’s battery. If you need a short block replaced, an overhaul done, or a transmission replaced, you won’t get your car back for at least a month because they take the car and park it there. They only start working on it in the last few days if you have a problem. Their technicians are far too few for the amount of work and cars they take on, and problems aren’t fixed on the first try; you have to make two or three trips back and forth if they even get it fixed. Their hours are terrible. They say they open at 12, but they don’t arrive until 1:00. They don’t even open and start working until 2:00. They don’t answer the phone or WhatsApp; you have to go there in person to find out what’s wrong with your car. They’re not a repair center; they’re just a small mechanics’ workshop with only uniforms for the technicians.
