Although I know Engineer Ahmed to be a respectable man, unfortunately, I’ve been trying to contact them via WhatsApp and phone for two days now, and no one is responding or following up. If I get maintenance done and something goes wrong, how will they follow up with me? This is alarming and shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time. This happened before several years ago. It seems nothing has changed, unfortunately.

The center is very poorly equipped and they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I contacted them, made a reservation, and after I arrived, the oil wasn’t available and they wanted me to go get it myself.
