Very very bad service ! Maybe is a great playing but its a very bad service ! So 1 stars is far enough

Unfortunately, they have many problems and show no concern for the cars, first aid in case of injury, or safety in general. First, the helmets they have are in poor condition, and they don’t care about the sizes. The seatbelts in the cars are also in bad shape, and because of this lack of safety, my wife suffered a serious shoulder injury and her face became swollen when she was hit. The seatbelt came undone, the helmet flew off, and she hit her face on the car. Thank God it wasn’t worse. Second, there’s absolutely no attention to detail. They just give you the car and you’re left to drive around aimlessly. There’s no racing or any organization whatsoever; it’s truly ridiculous.

I’m only giving them two stars because the receptionist was kind and tried to help us as much as she could, which isn’t her fault. It’s absolutely essential that a place like this has a first aid unit or at least that the staff are trained in first aid. But when I told them I had a shoulder and head injury, they told me they only had burn ointment. I don’t understand what that means!
