The people there were very welcoming and nice, they were able to help me with what I needed to buy and during that time I’d like to say that we’ve developed a friendly relationship
This company, and others in the same field, with the same address and in the same building, act as intermediaries for architectural developers or market to contracting companies with above-average, luxury, and ultra-luxury housing projects, using their own terminology.
I want to send them all a warning about these exorbitant prices. Unfortunately, they find buyers in the Egyptian market, both now and since the consumer liberalization under Sadat, who are willing to pay these prices, even recklessly, in a way that only leads to further price increases.
I challenge them now to reveal the true percentage of properties sold and then resold at even higher prices, simply because a year or two has passed.
This is done without any regard for the mechanisms of a respectable and mature free market. Therefore, I urge members of the conscious middle class to be cautious when buying and to inquire about the prices of similar properties with the same specifications in other cities, such as Dubai, Zurich, or any American city, for example.
Then they will fully understand what I mean by these companies.
