Had an absolute pleasure renting from Budget/Avis (El Nozha Branch). The team was very professional and friendly. I’d like to thank Nourhan and Noha for going above and beyond to extend my rental contract on very short notice. Also, The contract came with generous mileage allowance – 200 KM/day. The car I rented was a 2025 Nissan Sunny base model. Fuel economy and boot space were perfect for its class. It came with an Android Auto/Apple Carplay compatible head unit which made driving in Cairo a good experience. All in all, I highly recommend this branch and I’m definitely be doing business with them from now on.

I recently rented a car from Avis Egypt, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth rental process and even granted me a complimentary upgrade, which made a huge difference in my trip.
The car was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and easy to drive, even in Cairo’s busy traffic. Thanks to this upgrade, my colleagues and I were able to explore the city effortlessly, especially the Pyramids area, making the most of our short 48-hour visit.
The only thing I would have appreciated is the option to purchase full insurance even for rentals under three days. Since their policy requires a minimum of three days for full coverage, I wasn’t able to add it to my 32-hour rental. Having this flexibility would make the experience even better for short-term renters.
I truly appreciate the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the Avis team. This experience has exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely choose Avis again for my future rentals. Highly recommended!
